Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
Answer incoming calls from customers and respond to their queries.
Explain product features and benefits clearly and convincingly.
Maintain records of calls and sales, and note useful information.
Follow up with leads and ensure timely conversions.
Handle customer feedback and escalate issues when necessary.
Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets.
Requirements:
Minimum qualification: 12th Pass or Graduate.
Proven experience as a telecaller or similar customer service role is an advantage.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluent in [English/Tamil/Hindi or your preferred languages].
Basic computer knowledge.
Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
