We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Telecaller to join our amusement park team. The role involves calling potential customers, providing information about park entry, offers, events, and packages, and handling inquiries to improve visitor.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to promote park entry tickets, group packages, and event offers.
Handle inbound calls and respond to inquiries about park timings, ticket pricing, rides, food courts, and special events.
Follow up with schools, corporates, and group organizers for bulk booking and partnerships.
Maintain records of customer interactions and update visitor interest in the CRM system.
Share promotional details, offers, and discounts with customers.
Resolve any customer issues or escalate complaints to the concerned department.
Coordinate with the marketing and front-office teams for smooth visitor experiences.
Requirements:
Minimum 12th pass or graduate with good communication skills.
Prior telecalling or customer service experience preferred (especially in hospitality or entertainment).
Fluent in English and Tamil (or relevant regional language).
Friendly, polite, and customer-focused.
Basic computer skills for data entry and call records.
Ability to work on weekends and public holidays (as needed).
