. We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic
Telecaller
to join our team and assist in reaching out to potential students, providing them with information, and guiding them through the initial stages of their educational journey.
Position Overview:
As a
Telecaller
at Grand Royal Vistara, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential students and parents, providing them with information about our consultancy services, available courses, and the admission process. You will play a key role in generating leads, nurturing relationships, and assisting students in making informed decisions about their higher education options.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential students and parents, introducing them to Grand Royal Vistara's services and educational consultancy offerings.
Provide information on various courses, universities, admission procedures, eligibility criteria, and deadlines.
Guide students through the initial stages of the admission process, ensuring they have the necessary information to make informed decisions.
Address student and parent queries in a clear, professional, and helpful manner.
Follow up with prospective students to remind them of application deadlines, upcoming events, or additional information they may need.
Maintain accurate records of all calls, inquiries, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
Achieve lead generation and conversion targets set by the management team.
Provide detailed information about career opportunities related to various courses and help students understand the potential career paths.
Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth communication and coordination in managing the inquiries.
Assist in scheduling appointments for students with counselors or other team members.
Participate in training and workshops to improve communication and sales techniques.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree is a plus).
Previous experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales is preferred but not required.
Strong verbal communication skills with a clear and friendly phone manner.
Ability to explain complex information in a simple and understandable way.
Good listening skills and the ability to address customer needs effectively.
Basic knowledge of CRM software and data entry.
Target-oriented and motivated to achieve goals.
Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Knowledge of the education sector and admission processes is a plus but not required.
