Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective clients from the company database
Attend inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries
Explain project details such as pricing, location, amenities, and offers
Generate and qualify leads for the sales team
Schedule site visits and coordinate with sales executives
Maintain accurate customer records in CRM software
Follow up with interested clients regularly
Handle customer objections professionally
Achieve daily/weekly calling and lead targets
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum Graduate preferred
Previous experience in real estate telecalling or sales is an advantage
Good communication skills in
English, Hindi, and local language
Confident, polite, and persuasive communication style
Basic knowledge of CRM systems and MS Excel
Ability to work under targets and pressure

Experience of Min-1 year in Real Estate.
