Job Summary

Square Insurance Brokers Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a confident and target-driven Telecaller with mandatory insurance experience, preferably in Motor Insurance. The role involves outbound and inbound calling, explaining insurance products, and supporting sales and renewals while ensuring compliance with industry guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers Handle inbound calls related to insurance inquiries Explain insurance products, benefits, and policy features clearly to customers Generate and follow up on leads for motor insurance policies Support policy renewals, quotations, and basic documentation Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer interactions Achieve daily and monthly calling and conversion targets Follow company scripts, processes, and IRDAI compliance guidelines Coordinate with sales and operations teams for policy issuance
Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree is mandatory

Mandatory experience in the insurance industry

Preferable experience in Motor Insurance

Good communication and convincing skills

Customer-focused and target-driven mindset Knowledge of MS Excel.
Preferred Qualifications

Experience in policy renewals and cross-selling Knowledge of motor insurance documentation and endorsements Prior experience in telesales or call center environment
