About the Role
We are looking for a confident and energetic
Telecaller
who can communicate well, explain course details clearly, and support our counseling team.
Freshers are welcome -- we provide free training.
This is a
target-based role
, which includes daily calling targets and monthly conversion targets.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to students and parents from provided leads
Explain courses, universities, and admission process clearly
Handle incoming calls, WhatsApp inquiries, and emails
Schedule counseling appointments
Maintain proper call records and follow-up status
Share course information and guide students professionally
Achieve
daily/weekly/monthly calling & conversion targets
Coordinate with counseling and marketing teams for conversions
Skills Required
Good communication skills in Hindi
Basic English-speaking ability
Confidence while talking on phone
Strong convincing & follow-up ability
Basic computer knowledge (Excel, WhatsApp Web, Email, CRM)
Positive, friendly, and patient attitude
Ability to learn new information quickly
Qualification
Minimum:
12th Pass
Any education background accepted
Experience in telecalling/counseling/sales preferred (not mandatory)
Salary
?5,000-?15,000 per month
(Based on experience, communication skills, and interview performance)
