Key Responsibilities:
Call potential clients, students, and salon professionals to inform them about workshops, seminars, and beauty courses.
Explain the benefits of joining Shubharambh Foundation's programs.
Maintain a database of leads and follow up regularly for conversions.
Achieve daily and monthly call and conversion targets.
Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information about events.
Coordinate with the Business Development and Marketing teams for updates.
Maintain professionalism and courtesy in all communication.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate.
Good communication skills in Hindi (English knowledge is an advantage).
Confident and polite telephone manner.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, WhatsApp, Google Sheets, etc.).
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service preferred.
