We are seeking a confident and persuasive Telecaller to generate leads, follow up with potential customers, and promote our brand and products. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a positive attitude to help us grow our customer base both online and offline.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers and existing clients to promote our products and services.
Explain our brand story, product features, and benefits effectively to generate interest.
Follow up on inquiries and leads to convert them into sales.
Follow up with shipping partners and customers for raised customer queries to ensure timely resolution.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call targets.
Record customer interactions, feedback, and essential details in the CRM or database.
Address customer queries, provide product information, and resolve basic questions.
Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor during all calls.
Assist in promoting special offers, seasonal discounts, and new collections.
Must-Have Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Telecaller, Customer Service Executive, or similar role.
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Good listening skills and persuasive speaking ability.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.
Ability to work under targets in a fast-paced environment.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or experience is a plus.
