to join our team. The Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls to customers/potential clients, handling inbound inquiries, providing product or service information, and converting leads into business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective customers to explain products/services.
Answer incoming calls and resolve customer queries efficiently.
Maintain customer databases and update records of calls and feedback.
Generate leads and set appointments for the sales team.
Follow up with interested customers and maintain follow-up records.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets as assigned.
Handle objections and rejections professionally.
Maintain a polite, professional, and positive attitude during calls.
Qualifications & Skills:
Minimum 12th pass; Graduation preferred.
Prior experience in telecalling, BPO, or customer service is an advantage.
Good communication skills in [Hindi/English or other required language].
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools, etc.).
Confidence, patience, and a customer-friendly approach.
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
