Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential clients and leads for property sales.
Explain the features, benefits, and pricing of available properties.
Schedule site visits and follow up with clients to ensure engagement.
Maintain and update the database of leads and client interactions.
Achieve weekly and monthly lead conversion and sales targets.
Handle client queries professionally and guide them through the sales process.
Coordinate with the field sales and marketing teams for closures.
Provide accurate feedback on customer preferences and market trends.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of telecalling/sales experience, preferably in real estate.
Strong communication skills in English
Confidence in pitching over the phone and handling objections.
Familiarity with CRM tools and lead tracking systems.
Basic understanding of property sales and real estate industry.
Ability to work independently and meet targets.
