We are looking for a confident and customer-focused
Telecaller
to handle inbound and outbound calls, generate leads, and assist customers with accurate information about our services. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and a professional approach to client interaction.
This role plays a key part in maintaining smooth communication between customers and the business.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential customers and follow up on existing leads
Handle inbound customer inquiries professionally and efficiently
Explain company services clearly and resolve basic customer queries
Maintain accurate call records and customer details
Schedule appointments and coordinate with the sales team
Follow up with clients to ensure timely communication and closure
Meet daily and monthly calling and lead targets
Required Skills
Good verbal communication skills in Hindi, Punjabi, and basic English
Polite, professional, and confident calling approach
Ability to handle customer objections calmly
Basic knowledge of computers and CRM systems (preferred)
Goal-oriented and disciplined work attitude
Qualifications
Minimum qualification: 12th pass or above
Freshers are welcome (training will be provided)
Prior telecalling or customer support experience is an added advantage
