Job Description

The Telecaller is responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, generating leads, providing basic service information, scheduling appointments, and supporting the counsellor team in client follow-up and conversions.

Key Responsibilities



Calling & Lead Generation

Make outbound calls to potential clients from provided data. Explain company services (visa, study abroad, immigration, or relevant services). Generate leads and transfer interested clients to senior counsellors.

Inbound Call Handling

Attend customer inquiries promptly and professionally. Provide basic information regarding documentation, services, and processes. Schedule appointments and walk-ins for the branch.

Follow-up & Coordination

Maintain regular follow-up with potential leads until conversion. Update CRM / call sheets daily with accurate call logs. Coordinate with counsellors, filing officers, and management.

Customer Service

Handle customer queries politely and professionally. Maintain a positive attitude and strong customer-focus during calls.

Record Keeping

Maintain call records, follow-up lists, and daily reporting. Manage and update client databases.
Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
