Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

? Make inbound and outbound calls to prospective clients.
? Explain astrology services, consultation benefits, and charges clearly.
? Fix appointments and schedule paid sessions with astrologers.
? Maintain daily calling records and follow-up with interested clients.
? Update CRM/Excel with call details and status.
? Coordinate with astrologers and update schedules.
? Ensure high conversion of leads into paid consultations.
? Handle customer queries politely and professionally.

Skills & Requirements:

? Excellent communication & convincing skills.
? Ability to explain services in simple language.
? Comfortable in Hindi, English, Punjabi (preferred).
? Basic computer knowledge.
? Positive attitude and customer-service mindset.
? Prior experience in Telecalling/Customer Service will be an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?13,000.00 - ?18,000.00 per month
