Job Description

We are looking for a

female Telecaller cum Customer Support Executive

to handle customer interactions, maintain records, and assist the sales/support team with smooth communication. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a polite attitude, and the ability to manage customer queries efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:



Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers. Handle inbound customer calls and provide accurate information. Maintain a record of customer interactions and feedback. Follow up on leads, inquiries, or pending tasks. Support the team in basic administrative or coordination work. Ensure a professional and positive customer experience. Report daily call status and feedback to the reporting manager.

Requirements:



Gender:

Female candidate preferred.

Qualification:

Minimum 12th pass or Graduate.

Experience:

0-1 year (Freshers can also apply).

Skills:

Good verbal communication (English, Hindi preferred) Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Google Sheets, etc.) Positive attitude and willingness to learn Punctual and well-organized
