Tele Caller

to join our team. The role involves managing inbound and outbound calls, addressing customer queries, and supporting lead generation. This is an excellent opportunity for a graduate with strong communication skills to build a career in the logistics and customer engagement domain.

Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers. Receive inbound calls and resolve customer queries. Provide accurate information about Pickkup.io's logistics services. Maintain call logs and update customer records in CRM. Assist in lead generation and follow-ups with clients.

Requirements

Graduate in any discipline. Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English (regional language is a plus). Prior telecalling / customer service experience preferred (not mandatory). Polite, confident, and customer-friendly personality. Ability to multitask and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.
