Attend inbound and make outbound calls professionally.
Provide accurate information about products/services to potential customers.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve basic queries over the phone.
Maintain records of calls and client details in the system.
Listen actively and understand customer needs effectively.
Schedule appointments or demos if required by the team.
Coordinate with internal departments for follow-ups.
Provide feedback on call trends and customer responses.
Requirements:
Excellent verbal communication
Pleasant tone, active listening, and polite approach.
Minimum 12th Pass or Graduate (Freshers welcome).
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, email, and CRM (preferred but not mandatory).
Willing to work full-time (Day shifts).
