. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for handling
inbound and outbound calls
, addressing customer inquiries, promoting our healthcare products, and driving sales through effective communication and persuasion.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads and pitch relevant healthcare products.
Handle inbound calls from existing or interested customers and provide detailed product information.
Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products to enhance their health and well-being.
Follow up on previous leads and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets and report performance to the supervisor.
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, conversions, and feedback in CRM systems.
Resolve customer queries in a professional manner and escalate issues when necessary.
Stay updated with product knowledge and healthcare industry trends.
Key Skills:
Strong verbal communication and persuasive skills in Hindi and English.
Confidence and clarity in voice with a positive attitude.
Ability to handle rejections and objections professionally.
Sales-oriented mindset with a passion for helping people.
Basic knowledge of healthcare or wellness products is a plus.
