As a Telemarketing Representative you will be at the forefront of our customer engagement efforts. Your primary responsibility will be to make outbound calls, introduce our products/services, and create positive interactions with potential customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Outbound Calls:
Place outbound calls to potential customers to introduce them to our products/services and assess their needs.
Customer Engagement:
Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, addressing their inquiries and building rapport.
Product Knowledge:
Develop a basic understanding of our offerings to effectively communicate key features and benefits.
Lead Qualification:
Identify and qualify potential leads based on established criteria.
Database Management:
Maintain accurate and updated records of customer information and interactions in the company's database.
Follow-up:
Conduct follow-up calls to nurture leads and provide additional information as needed.
Team Collaboration:
Collaborate with team members to share insights, strategies, and contribute to a positive working environment.
Qualifications:
Excellent verbal communication skills.
Positive attitude and a friendly, engaging phone demeanor.
Basic computer skills.
Ability to handle rejection and remain persistent in reaching goals.
Previous telemarketing or customer service experience is a plus but not required.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
