What You'll Do: Schedule Meetings: Connect with clients and schedule meetings based on their availability, coordinating seamlessly with our field sales team. Handle Follow-Ups: Engage with clients post-meetings to gather feedback and ensure all queries are addressed. Maintain Records: Keep track of all client interactions, follow-ups, and create regular reports to track progress.
? What We're Looking For: Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (regional languages are a bonus!).Strong organizational skills to manage schedules and client follow-ups efficiently. Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
Minimum 12th pass (Graduates preferred). Experience in tele-calling or sales support is great, but freshers are welcome too!
