to join our team at Regional Academy. The Telecaller will be responsible for contacting prospective individuals, providing accurate information, maintaining communication records, and supporting the organisation's outreach and operational activities.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential leads and maintain regular follow-ups.
Provide clear and accurate information regarding the institution's offerings and processes.
Maintain call logs, lead sheets, and daily reporting documentation.
Understand customer needs and guide them with appropriate solutions or next steps.
Build and maintain positive relationships with callers through professional communication.
Transfer complex queries to the concerned department when required.
Meet daily/weekly calling targets and contribute to overall team goals.
Participate in training sessions to improve communication and product knowledge.
Ensure all communication follows organisational standards and professionalism.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum qualification: Higher Secondary (12th pass) or Graduation.
Good verbal communication skills in English, Hindi, and Odia (preferred).
Confident, polite, and proactive personality.
Ability to handle high-volume calling and maintain composure.
Basic computer skills (MS Excel, Google Sheets, etc.).
Ability to work both independently and within a team.
