Key Responsibilities:
1. Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain products/services.
2. Handle inbound calls and resolve customer queries effectively.
3. Generate leads, follow up on prospects, and maintain sales pipelines.
4. Maintain records of calls and update customer information in CRM.
5. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and conversion targets.
6. Build positive relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
Requirements:
1. Proven experience as a telecaller, telesales representative, or similar role (preferred but not mandatory).
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Ability to persuade and handle objections professionally.
4. Good command of [English/Hindi].
5. Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office/CRM tools.
6. Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
Qualifications:
1. Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
