We are looking for an energetic and persuasive Telecaller who can contribute to customer acquisition and revenue growth by contacting potential leads, explaining our services, and assisting the sales team in closing deals.

Key Responsibilities

Make

outbound calls (cold & hot)

to potential customers from provided leads. Explain

Gold Grahak's services

and build interest.

Follow up

diligently with prospects until closure. Coordinate with the

sales team

to ensure timely meetings and closures. Maintain and update the

CRM

with prospect details and interaction history. Handle basic

inbound inquiries

as needed. Meet or exceed

weekly/monthly lead conversion targets

.

Requirements

Proven experience as a telecaller, telemarketer, or similar sales/customer service role. Excellent

communication and interpersonal

skills. Ability to

handle rejections

and remain motivated. Strong

follow-up

and coordination skills. Basic knowledge of

MS Office/Google Spreadsheet

Job Types: Part-time, Internship, Freelance

Pay: ?5,000.00 - ?6,000.00 per month
