Insta Dot Analytics is looking for an energetic and persuasive
Telecaller & Education Counsellor
to join our Indore team. You will be the primary voice of our institute, responsible for reaching out to aspiring IT professionals and students. Your goal is to understand their career aspirations and guide them toward our industry-leading certification programs in Data Science, Web Development, and Cloud Computing.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Engagement:
Make outbound calls to prospective students who have shown interest in IT courses via our website or social media.
Career Counselling:
Understand the candidate's background and career goals to recommend the most suitable IT training modules (e.g., MERN Stack, AWS, Cyber Security).
Walk-in Generation:
Persuade potential candidates to visit our Indore center for a detailed demo session or counseling with our technical experts.
Enrollment Management:
Follow up consistently with "warm" leads to meet weekly and monthly admission targets.
Database Maintenance:
Update and manage lead statuses accurately in the company CRM to ensure no follow-up is missed.
Market Awareness:
Stay updated on current IT job trends and our latest course offerings to provide accurate information to callers.
Requirements & Skills
Education:
Graduate (preferred) or 12th Pass with excellent communication.
Experience:
0-2 years (Freshers with high energy and a "willingness to learn" attitude are highly encouraged).
Communication:
Fluency in
Hindi and English
is essential. You must be able to explain complex course benefits in simple terms.
Persuasion:
Strong negotiation skills and the ability to handle objections regarding fees or course duration.
Resilience:
A positive attitude toward meeting daily call targets (e.g., 80-100 calls/day) and handling rejection.
Gender Preference:
(Per company history) Female candidates are often preferred for this specific role at this location.

?10,000 - ?20,000 per month (depending on experience).
