Job Summary:

Agni Vijay is hiring

Telecallers

to handle outbound and inbound calls, provide information about company products and services, follow up with leads, and maintain call records. The role requires good communication skills and a professional calling approach.

Key Responsibilities:

Make phone calls to customers

Receive incoming calls and answer questions

Explain company products and services in a simple way

Follow up with interested customers

Note call details and maintain basic records

Try to achieve daily calling targets

Requirements:

Minimum

12th Pass

Good communication skills (Hindi required, basic English preferred)

Basic computer knowledge

Positive attitude and convincing skills

Salary:

As per qualification and experience
