Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided database
Handle inbound customer queries professionally and politely
Explain company products/services clearly and accurately
Generate leads, fix appointments, or close sales as per targets
Maintain daily call records and customer information
Follow up with interested customers on a regular basis
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and conversion targets
Address customer concerns and escalate issues when required
