Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients to promote brokerage products and services.
Explain trading, investment, and account-related information clearly to clients.
Generate leads and follow up to convert prospects into active clients.
Assist clients with account opening, KYC process, and basic trading queries.
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and client interactions.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and conversion targets.
Coordinate with the sales and operations team for smooth client onboarding.
Key Requirements:
Prior experience working as a Telecaller in a
brokerage firm is mandatory
.
Strong communication skills in
English and Hindi
.
Basic knowledge of stock market, trading, and financial products.
Ability to handle client queries professionally and confidently.
Target-driven mindset with good negotiation skills.
Comfortable with MS Excel and CRM systems.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in equity, derivatives, mutual funds, or commodity trading.
Good follow-up and relationship management skills.
Positive attitude and customer-focused approach.
