Key Responsibilities
Make 50+ outbound calls per day to potential customers, vendors, or candidates (as per project requirement).
Communicate clearly and confidently in English.
Collect, update, and maintain accurate customer/vendor information.
Generate positive and qualified leads/data from calls.
Follow calling scripts and guidelines provided by the company.
Handle customer queries professionally and provide necessary information.
Maintain call logs and update CRM/Google Sheets as required.
Work closely with the sales/operations/HR team to support ongoing projects.
Meet daily/weekly/monthly calling and data targets.
