Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents to promote StepUp Academy's courses.
Counsel students and parents regarding course details, fee structure, and admission procedures.
Follow up on leads and ensure maximum conversion.
Maintain and update call records and enquiry data in CRM/Excel.
Schedule counselling sessions, demo classes, and coordinate with the counsellor or academic team.
Handle incoming calls and respond to queries in a professional manner.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets related to calls and admissions.
Provide feedback to management on lead quality and common student queries.
Maintain good communication and a positive attitude throughout all interactions.
Required Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (Hindi & English).
Confident, persuasive, and target-oriented.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Google Sheets, CRM).
Good listening and problem-solving abilities.
Qualification & Experience:
Minimum 12th pass or Graduate in any stream.
Prior experience in telecalling, counselling, or education sales will be an added advantage.
Salary Range:
?12,000 - ?15,000 per month (depending on experience and performance).
