Tathastu Dental Clinic is looking for a polite, confident, and organized

Telecaller

to handle patient calls and appointment scheduling. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and a friendly attitude towards patients.

Responsibilities:

Make and receive calls to assist patients. Schedule and confirm appointments. Provide information about clinic services Maintain patient records and follow-ups Coordinate with clinic staff for smooth operations

Requirements:

Minimum graduate. Good communication in Hindi and basic English. Basic computer knowledge. Previous experience in telecalling or customer service (preferred)
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
