Visko Group is looking for a motivated and energetic Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to engage customers over calls. This role requires persistence, professionalism, and the ability to handle client queries effectively while promoting our services.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce and explain company products/services. Handle inbound queries, providing accurate information and resolving concerns promptly. Maintain detailed records of calls, customer interactions, and outcomes in the CRM system. Follow up with leads and prospects to convert inquiries into sales opportunities. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets set by the management. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to support business development initiatives. Stay updated with product knowledge and company updates to deliver accurate information.

Requirements:

Minimum 6 months-2 years of experience as a Telecaller, Customer Service Executive, or a similar role. Strong verbal communication skills in Hindi and English (additional regional languages will be an advantage). Excellent persuasion, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to remain patient, professional, and positive during customer interactions. Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office/CRM tools. Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ?8,731.48 - ?15,000.00 per month
