Key Responsibilities
Make
outbound calls
to prospective parents from provided admission data
Explain school programs, curriculum, facilities, fees, and admission process
Answer parent queries and
counsel them effectively
Follow up with interested leads and maintain regular communication
Convert inquiries into
school admissions
Maintain accurate call records and follow-up status
Meet
daily calling and monthly admission targets
Coordinate with the admissions and academic team when required
Required Skills & Qualifications
Excellent
English & Hindi communication skills
(local language is a plus)
Experience as a
Telecaller, Admission Counselor, Education Counselor, or Sales Executive
preferred
Freshers with strong communication skills may apply
Ability to convince, negotiate, and close admissions
Comfortable with
target-based work
Basic computer knowledge (CRM, Excel, calling software is a plus)

Experience in
