Oyster International School is looking for

enthusiastic Telecallers / Admission Counselors

to join our admissions team. The candidate will be responsible for

calling assigned leads (data provided)

, explaining the school's curriculum and facilities,

counseling parents

, and

converting inquiries into confirmed admissions

.

Key Responsibilities

Make

outbound calls

to prospective parents from provided admission data Explain school programs, curriculum, facilities, fees, and admission process Answer parent queries and

counsel them effectively

Follow up with interested leads and maintain regular communication Convert inquiries into

school admissions

Maintain accurate call records and follow-up status Meet

daily calling and monthly admission targets

Coordinate with the admissions and academic team when required
Required Skills & Qualifications

Excellent

English & Hindi communication skills

(local language is a plus) Experience as a

Telecaller, Admission Counselor, Education Counselor, or Sales Executive

preferred Freshers with strong communication skills may apply Ability to convince, negotiate, and close admissions Comfortable with

target-based work

Basic computer knowledge (CRM, Excel, calling software is a plus)
Preferred Candidate Profile

Experience in

school admissions / education telecalling

Prior experience in

B2C sales, telesales, or counseling

Confident, polite, and persuasive communication style Result-oriented and disciplined
