Note:

Maximum hike on fixed CTC is up to 20%. Additional performance-linked incentives available.

Job Summary



We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Tele Caller to manage inbound and outbound calls. The role involves assisting customers, resolving queries, promoting products/services, and generating leads or sales. Strong communication, patience, and relationship-building skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities



Handle inbound calls and assist customers with inquiries, complaints, or service requests. Make outbound calls to existing or potential customers to share product or service information and promotional offers. Maintain accurate and updated records of customer interactions in the CRM system. Follow communication scripts when required to handle different scenarios professionally. Identify customer needs, clarify issues, research solutions, and provide accurate responses or alternatives. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls made, leads generated, and sales conversions. Ensure customer satisfaction through courteous and professional communication. Escalate complex or unresolved issues to seniors or supervisors when necessary. Follow company policies, quality standards, and compliance guidelines.

Minimum Graduate

Experience



0-2 years in telecalling, customer service, BPO, or a related field Freshers may apply

Skills



Excellent verbal communication (English/Hindi/regional languages as required) Strong listening and objection-handling skills Basic computer knowledge and data entry ability Ability to work under pressure and meet targets

Preferred Attributes



Positive attitude and patience while interacting with diverse customers Prior experience in BPO, call centers, or telesales is an advantage Ability to learn about products/services and explain them effectively to customers
