Tele Sales Executive.

Location: Mumbai

Timing: 10 AM - 7 PM (Mon-Sat)

Job Role:

Make 100-150 outbound calls daily to prospective leads and existing customers.

Promote and explain silver jewellery products and offers over the phone.

Convert leads into sales and maintain call records.

Follow up on leads through calls, WhatsApp, and emails.

Handle customer queries effectively and provide accurate product information and basic KYC onboarding.

Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Provide feedback to the management on customer needs, problems, and interests..

Requirements:

Excellent communication and persuasion skills in Hindi,Marathi and English (regional language is a plus).

Strong sales and negotiation skills with a customer-centric approach.

Basic understanding of the sales process and KYC Onboarding documentation.

Minimum 1-2 years of experience in tele sales, inside sales, or customer service.

Positive attitude, target-oriented mindset, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Minimum 1-2 years of experience in tele sales, inside sales, or customer service.(freshers with good skills can apply).
