Telecaller

Work Location : Thane , MH

Key Responsibilities

:

Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products/services Handle inbound queries and provide accurate information Follow up on leads and maintain a customer database Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls and conversions Build rapport with customers and ensure high levels of satisfaction Record call outcomes and update CRM systems Collaborate with sales and marketing teams for campaign execution Handle objections and resolve customer concerns professionally

Required Experience & Skills:

6 month -3 years of experience as a telesales or in a similar role Strong verbal communication in [insert relevant languages, e.g., English, Hindi, Marathi] Familiarity with CRM tools and call tracking systems Ability to handle high call volumes and meet targets Persuasive and confident with excellent listening skills

Qualifications:

Minimum: High School Diploma or equivalent Preferred: Bachelor's degree in any discipline
