Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain company products/services.
Handle inbound customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns or references.
Maintain and update customer database (CRM).
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and sales targets.
Handle customer objections professionally and convert leads to sales.
Maintain call logs and share daily call reports with the team leader.
Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
Coordinate with the sales and marketing team for lead conversion.
