Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls to potential and existing clients
Explain services, offers, and project details clearly and effectively
Maintain and update client databases and records using MS Excel
Coordinate with the sales and operations team to ensure smooth workflow
Follow up with clients for inquiries, meetings, and feedback
Provide timely responses and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in tele sales or customer care
Strong spoken English and communication skills
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM tools
Good telephone etiquette and a customer-oriented mindset
Experience in real estate preferred (not mandatory)
