Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, introducing our products or services, and persuading them to make a purchase or schedule a meeting with our sales team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a persuasive demeanor, and a goal-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads or cold calling lists. Introduce and explain our products or services to prospective clients. Utilize effective selling techniques to promote the features and benefits of our offerings. Build and maintain a strong customer rapport to enhance the overall customer experience. Identify and address customer concerns or objections, providing relevant information to overcome objections. Accurately and efficiently enter customer information into the database during and after each call. Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Collaborate with the sales team to transfer qualified leads for further follow-up. Stay informed about the company's products, services, and promotional offerings. Keep detailed records of calls, including call outcomes and follow-up actions.
Working Conditions:
