To generate leads, make outbound calls, handle customer queries, and support sales targets through effective communication.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential clients and respond to inbound queries.
Explain products/services clearly and persuasively.
Maintain and update customer and lead information in CRM.
Follow up with prospects to convert leads into sales.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales or conversion targets.
Assist in campaigns and promotional activities.
Provide excellent customer service and resolve queries.
Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum 12th pass (Graduate preferred).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Persuasive, confident, and target-oriented.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools.
Positive attitude and ability to work in a team.
Experience:
Freshers or 0-2 years in tele calling/sales preferred.
