? Make outbound calls to prospective students from the provided database.
? Share a concise and compelling overview of offerings.
? Schedule appointments for detailed counselling sessions with academic counsellors.
? Follow up regularly with leads to maintain interest and ensure timely communication.
? Maintain accurate records of all interactions and feedback using CRM tools.
? Coordinate effectively with the counselling and admissions team for a smooth lead handover
? 0.6 - 1 year of experience in telecalling, customer service, or a similar role.
? Excellent communication skills in both English and Hindi (knowledge of regional languages is a plus).
? Basic familiarity with Google Sheets and CRM tools.
? Confident, proactive, and goal-oriented attitude.
? Strong interpersonal skills and active listening ability.
