Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to introduce products and services, generate interest, and support sales objectives.
Handle inbound inquiries and assist with customer questions or concerns.
Maintain accurate records of all interactions, including customer details and outcomes, using CRM tools or internal systems.
Follow and adapt call scripts based on customer responses to maintain consistency and efficacy.
Follow up with leads, handle objections constructively, and nurture client relationships.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling or sales targets collaboratively with the team.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience:
6 months to 1 year in telecalling, customer service, or related roles.
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in any field is a plus.
Communication:
Clear, engaging verbal communication with active listening and adaptability.
Sales Acumen:
Ability to persuade, negotiate, and handle rejection with composure.
Computer Literacy:
Proficient with CRM systems, MS Office, and accurate data entry.
Soft Skills:
Problem-solving, resilience, organization, multitasking, and customer empathy.
