Key Responsibilities:
Make
outbound calls
to potential customers/clients to promote products or services.
Handle
inbound queries
and provide relevant information effectively.
Maintain records of calls, leads, and customer feedback in the database.
Identify customer needs, qualify leads, and
convert them into sales opportunities
.
Follow up with customers for payments, appointments, or service-related issues.
Work closely with the sales/marketing team to achieve monthly targets.
Maintain
professionalism, empathy, and positive attitude
during calls.
Must-Have Skills:
Good
communication skills
(Hindi/English/regional language as required).
Persuasive, confident, and polite telephone etiquette.
Basic knowledge of
MS Office / CRM software
.
Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
Strong listening skills and problem-solving approach.
Preferred Skills (Good to Have):
Prior experience in
telecalling, telesales, customer service, or BPO
.
Knowledge of the product/service domain.
Multilingual skills for wider outreach.
