Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Telle caller cum Sales Executive to join our growing sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify prospective customers through cold calling, networking, and lead generation. Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers. Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs. Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships. Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule. Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments. Continuously improve through feedback and training. Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Proven work experience in sales, preferably in [industry name]. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated and driven by targets. Familiarity with CRM tools and sales performance metrics.
