Make outbound calls to potential clients or existing customers to promote products/services.
Handle inbound calls and address customer inquiries professionally and efficiently.
Follow up on leads and schedule appointments or demos.
Identify customer needs and suggest suitable products or services.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions using CRM software.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales or service goals and targets.
Provide feedback to the team and management regarding customer interactions, product concerns, or issues.
Maintain knowledge of current products, services, and promotions to effectively answer customer questions.
Resolve customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner.
