Job Description

Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads or databases. Explain project details, property features, pricing, and benefits. Generate and follow up on leads to convert inquiries into site visits and sales opportunities. Maintain call records and update CRM with relevant information. Schedule and coordinate site visits for interested clients with the sales team. Handle client queries professionally and efficiently. Build rapport with clients and maintain long-term relationships. Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets.

Requirements:



Minimum 12th pass / Graduate in any field. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (Fluent in Hindi, English, and/or regional languages). Prior telecalling or customer service experience (real estate preferred). Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated. Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools. Good convincing and negotiation skills.

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
