Make outbound calls to candidates from the provided database for
recruitment and apprenticeship opportunities
Explain job roles, training programs, stipend details, and placement opportunities clearly to candidates
Screen candidates based on
basic eligibility criteria
(qualification, age, location, interest, etc.)
Schedule interviews, counseling sessions, or onboarding calls
Maintain and update candidate data in
Excel / CRM / recruitment tracker
Follow up with interested candidates till
joining confirmation
Coordinate with recruitment and operations team for smooth onboarding
Achieve
daily/weekly calling and conversion targets
Handle candidate queries and resolve basic concerns professionally
Maintain proper call records and reports
Skills & Competencies:
Good communication skills in
Tamil & English
(additional languages preferred)
Pleasant voice and confident telephone etiquette
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Google Sheets)
Ability to convince and counsel candidates
Target-oriented and self-motivated
Good listening and interpersonal skills
