Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers from the leads database.
Explain the company's interior design services, offerings, and packages clearly and professionally.
Generate interest in services and schedule appointments for the design team.
Follow up on leads and maintain a database of customer information.
Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
Maintain call logs and provide daily/weekly reports.
Coordinate with the sales and design teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.
Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls and conversions.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.
Prior experience in tele calling, customer service, or sales preferred (especially in interior design or real estate industry).
Excellent communication skills
Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
