The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, patience, and the ability to handle rejections positively .
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote products/services or generate sales.
Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional manner.
Explain product/service features clearly and persuasively to potential customers.
Maintain and update customer databases with accurate information.
Follow up on leads and conversions to ensure customer satisfaction.
Meet daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets.
Handle customer objections and work towards resolving their queries.
Maintain call records and prepare reports as required.
Qualifications
Experience 0-1 yr of Experience as a telecaller, telesales representative, or similar customer service/sales role .
Excellent verbal communication skills in
[English/ Arabic/Hindi]
.
Strong negotiation and Communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office)
