Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective clients and attend inbound calls.
Explain company services clearly and professionally.
Generate leads and schedule appointments for counselors/sales team.
Maintain call records and update client information.
Follow up with interested clients.
Requirements:
Plus Two / Diploma / Bachelor's degree.
Freshers or experienced candidates can apply.
Good communication skills in English and Malayalam.
Basic computer knowledge.
