Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls, appointments, and conversions.
Coordinate with sales and marketing teams for smooth operations and campaign execution.
Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate when necessary.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
Maintain a positive and professional demeanor on all calls
Report to the Head/Manager regarding daily, weekly, and monthly achievements
