6 months - 1 year of telecalling experience (preferably in an educational institution).
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Target-oriented with a professional and confident approach.
Ability to handle objections and close leads effectively.
Basic computer knowledge and CRM handling skills are an added advantage.
